Job Title: Telephone Appointment Maker/General Office Admin

Salary - £10.00 an hour
Job Description Summary:
We are looking for someone to fill a part time / full time permanent Sales Support Role for our growing Housing Disrepair Team. As an appointment maker you will be responsible for making outbound calls to enquiries made via social media to arrange appointments for our housing advisor to visit and answering inbound calls.
The role will also include a small amount of admin/computer work and full training will be given if not already computer literate.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Adding personal information and cases to our CRM system
* Contacting prospective clients from enquiries made via post or social media
* Arranging appointments for our representatives
* Organise and send mail shots for the Direct Sales Team
* Dealing with customer enquiries.
* Managing social media campaigns and maintaining the company's social media presence.
* Ordering and replenishment of stationery.
* General admin duties.
* Telephone contact with our clients.
Desirable skills
* Experience of using CRM System.
* Experience of customer contact.
* Good communication skills, verbal and written.
* Good IT skills.
* Telephone Appointment making skills
