Credit Controller – Diss, Norfolk - £10.00 per hour - 16 hours per week - IMMEDIATE START - Temp to perm.

Hales Group are seeking a Credit Controller to join their successful client based in Diss, Norfolk area.

This role is 2 days per week (negotiable days), 08.30am –17.00pm and requires an immediate start.

Main duties will include:

Confirming customer and client details and requirements
Processing of Credit Notes
Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing documents and drafting letters
Assisting with reports, updating systems
Chasing debt via telephone, email

Preferred Skills:

Thorough working knowledge of SAGE, Microsoft Excel and Word
High level of numeracy and literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills including effective communication with members of the public, external providers and colleagues, along with the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good IT and Administrative experience
Strong organisational skills
Written communication skills
Attention to detail
Professional and friendly
Experience in Microsoft Package
Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
Strong administrative skills with proven attention to detail
