- Assist the client with processing personal paperwork such as dealing with confidential documents, invoices that require payment and forms that need completing
- The client needs to be made aware of new/updated software to ensure that their IT systems run efficiently to meet their needs
- Ideally, drive the client for shopping, to meetings and sometimes to leisure events
Rate of Pay: £20.00 to £30.00 per hour dependent on skills / experience. For the right candidate coming from outside the local area e.g. Cambridge, London, the client will consider covering travel costs. Benefits available after qualifying period.
This role could suit a graduate early in their career looking to build on existing PA/Administrator skills and experience (minimum 1 year) and preferably in a City/corporate office.
This role could also suit an experienced (graduate) Personal Assistant with relevant skills and experience who is open to being trained to meet the client’s specific needs.
