We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our South West Region at our fabulous Milborne Port Development.

The role

New Home sales isn’t just about just selling bricks and mortar, it’s about selling dream homes to our customers. As a Sales Advisor you will run the sales information centre, ensuring that customers have the best journey with Bovis Homes, through every step of the home buying process

As a Sales Advisor your main responsibilities will be to:

• Build and develop relationships with customers
• Achieve the sales targets set for the development
• Conduct viewings of the show homes and development and take reservations
• Liaise with solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage brokers
• Oversee the progression of all sales through to legal completion

About you

                You will need:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proven sales and negotiation skills.

• Experience of sales in a residential house building market would be desirable.
• The ability to manage conflict and difficult situations
• Excellent administration skills
• An interest in property and the housing market
