Job Details
We are seeking an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our management team, as a Support Manager.
Position: Stroke Association Support Manager
Location: Covering either Lancashire and South Cumbria or South Yorkshire (Office or home based)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: circa £26,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Stroke Support, the Stroke Association Support Manager will oversee a diverse team of coordinators and volunteers ensuring the teams are delivering high quality support to stroke survivors and carers.
About you
As the Stroke Association Support Manager, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a track record of working in a proactive and flexible way with the skills to lead and manage a diverse team of staff. Ideally you will have experience of managing teams, commissioning and community development within the Health and Social Care sector or a similar environment.
The successful applicant will either be home or office based and the roles will require travel across the designated area and the wider North of England zone. Excellent IT skills, a flexible approach to your role and the ability to drive and use of a car with business cover are essential for this role.
