QA Ltd Scotland Modern Apprenticeships Flexible Working (term time working if preferred)  

Zero Hour Contract, £50 per visit (Max 15 visits per week) plus expenses

OUR Role would suit a candidate who is looking for flexible working, can be during term times only if required. Do you have excellent customer service and administration skills? Do you like to get out and about meeting clients onsite? (Full Training Provided)

As our Apprenticeship Adviser you will travel to meet with our clients and potential apprentices to carry out our Initial Assessment (IA) meeting to ensure we are assigning the correct Apprenticeship Programme to meet the needs of the learner and client. Building an excellent rapport and completing the required paperwork to start the apprentice journey are the key requirements for our flexible role.  

YOUR responsibilities:

Visit new apprenticeship learners and employers in their workplace and confirm the agreed programme is correct for their chosen career path and job role

Discuss and agree the standards and commitment required to achieve the apprenticeship award over agreed timescales of up to 12 months

Discuss any issues that arise with our relevant sales person to decide whether to progress with the suggested programme or change to a different framework

Confirm the workplace of the learner is suitable for their health, safety and welfare, and any additional learning needs they may have

Support the learner to set up online learning systems and e-portfolio

Set induction module tasks for the learner and employer to commence their Apprenticeship programme

Complete relevant paperwork and upload to central Management Information System (Maytas)

Attend quarterly standardisation training at the Glasgow Head office

All learners visited within 10 working days of commencing employment

Online systems set up and operational

Set learner induction module for completion within 4 weeks

Paperwork 100% compliant with awarding and funding body regulations and uploaded within 24 hours of visit taking place

Your experience:

Excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, work methodically, accurately and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Logical thinker who is willing to own and solve problems

Effective communicator with all levels of personnel

Able to drive and travel around the region (flexible on times to suit)
