I am currently recruiting for Health Care Assistants in the Hertfordshire area to enrol onto a project which is community based working as a palliative carer. This is a community based role where you will be required to provide quality end of life care to patients in their own homes. You will use your existing skills and experiences to provide personal care, administer medication, moving and handling patients and offer social support whilst you are working with them.

To be considered you must have a full UK driving licence and have access to a car as you will be required to move between client's homes. You will also need to ensure that your training and immunisations are up to date; you are fit for work and have a current DBS (on the update service). By joining the TLTP Medical team you will have a committed consultant on hand to see you through the registration and compliance processes and beyond.

Saturday/Nights £11.00- £13.00p/h
Sunday/Bank Holidays £13.00-£15.00p/h

We offer competitive daily and weekend rates which are paid weekly. Various shifts are available and are highly flexible; offering part-time and full-time hours Monday to Sunday. To apply for this opportunity you must be qualified to a Band 2 Level / Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent.
