An exciting part-time opportunity working 16 hours per week between the hours of 9-5pm Monday-Friday. A fixed term 12 month contract based within Croydon, this opportunity is to establish and develop relationships, delivering training and support within the automotive dealer networks. To provide account and project support to the client account manager to ensure the delivery of customer centric and value adding services for clients and their dealer networks.

An understanding or have some automotive knowledge on warranty products would be advantageous, the ability to deliver online training, effective management of processes is required. Send out invitations, schedule training to support manufacturer clients. Good knowledge of systems to include Microsoft Office.
