To provide account and project support to the client account manager to ensure the delivery of customer centric and value adding services for clients and their dealer networks.

An understanding or have some automotive knowledge on warranty products would be advantageous, the ability to deliver online training, effective management of processes is required. Send out invitations, schedule training to support manufacturer clients. Good knowledge of systems to include Microsoft Office.
