Part Time Customer Referral Advisor

We are working with our client, who are working on behalf of a major mobile brand, to support their growth in their contact centre within Glasgow. As a result, we have several part time permanent opportunities for Customer Referral Advisors in their city centre office discussing and supporting various departments with their credit applications.

Our client focusses on ensuring their customers and clients receive the best level of service and we want you to be a huge part of that. We are looking for individuals who are passionate on customer service, pay great attention to detail and take great ownership in the role. They are also enthusiastic about each of their employee's and will make sure you will receive a great level of experience throughout your journey of employment.

Requirements for the role:

• Solid work history with previous experience in call centre roles.
• Great timekeeping and attendance
• Enjoys working in a customer service role
• Warm and friendly manner
• Ideal experience within a financial service role.
• Being a team player

  Option 1: 16 hours per week, Thursday & Friday 5pm - 9pm, and Saturday 9am - 5.30pm
  Option 2: 16 hours per week, Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 8pm
