The firm's residential property department has experienced a consistent increase in instructions month on month. And as such, they are looking to recruit 2 additional residential property solicitors to the team!

In the main, these new instructions have come through the current fee earners, efforts of building lasting relationships with estate agents, and word of mouth referrals from satisfied clients.

The residential property solicitor or legal executive role, to be based in Shepton Mallet, will include advising on both sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.

Unusually, in this role, there is no micromanagement. You will be trusted to do a good job for your clients at all times and as such, it is likely you will have at least 1-2 years' experience within residential conveyancing already.

Both solicitors and legal executives with relevant residential property experience will be considered. You will work 9-5pm and not expected to stay in the office any later.
Part-time options are also available for those needing agile working patterns.
