Job Details

This is a new opportunity to work within our development strategic services division supporting the construction services and Innovation team. This team assist the business to identify, develop and implement new design and construction systems to expand our housing delivery operations and product offering.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high quality; relationship focused administrative support services.  They will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, and other stakeholders. They will Support the management of data by; updating systems, communicating and coordinating changes to team members, and archiving documents in a systematic and logical manner.

Specific responsibilities will include: consultant contract document administration, diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes, organising training and distributing post

In order to be successful in this post you will need:

      - Strong administrative experience in a fast paced environment
      - To be meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
      - The ability to multi task and meet deadlines
      - Strong organisational and planning skills
      - Good communication skills across various disciplines; phone, email, letter etc
      - Experience of dealing with stakeholders at different levels
      - ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
      - Experience of using MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
