We currently have an opportunity for an experience administrator to join us on a part time basis for 20 hours per week. We are flexible with when you work these hours providing it is between Monday - Friday from 9-5.

The Planned Works Administrator will ensure the efficient running of all processes related to the services. You will be the key link between regional teams and the repairs and maintenance programme, ensuring an effective interface between planned and day to day repairs.

As the Planned Works Administrator you will ensure that the processes are being followed and support in the monitoring and management of performance and will assist the Property Surveyor with maintaining the stock condition survey and asset information of all GLH properties.

The Planned Works Administrator has a critical role in supporting the regional teams, Planned Programme Managers and Property Teams with the transmission of information to and from internal and external bodies and must demonstrate efficiency in the collection and reporting of information.

You will ensure all budgeting reports and planned works are logged accurately and ensure they central property database is kept up to date.
