Do you have previous office experience or call centre experience?
We are urgently looking for a new team of call centre staff with previous customer service experience to work in the offices in Wigan Centre.
We are looking for part time call centre/ customer service operatives to work 4-8 Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm one Saturday a month.
Pay is £8.33p/h rising to £8.70p/h after 12 weeks.
As call centre operative you will be making outbound calls. This will be outbound calls to customers to obtain meter readings. In addition you will be required to undertake inbound calls when business requires.
You must have worked within an office, having dealt with customers over the phone within a previous role
Main Responsibilities
Calling customers to obtain meter reads and entering information onto a computer system.
Knowledge Skills and Experience required
· Computer literacy,
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
· Ability to work as part of a close team
· Excellent telephone manner
