Office Angels are currently recruiting for Part Time Accounts Assistant for our client within the Engineering sector. The client is looking for a temporary candidate to start mid July for 2 - 6 weeks depending on experience.
The role is part time hours spread over 4 or 5 days up to 24 hours a week. Our client is flexible on start and finish times and are happy to work around childcare etc.
The pay rate is £9.50 per hour and the role is looking to start from Monday 22nd July onward.
Main duties:
* Processing payroll monthly for the office
* Processing accounts weekly
* Sales order processing
* Purchase order processing
* Taking calls and managing emails
* Producing labels with relevant certification
* General administration
Essential requirements:
* Must be experience on SAGE
* Must have previous experience working with payroll
* Desirable to have worked with German exports previously
