PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide high-quality client service and comprehensive administrative support to our PTC (Parental Transition Coaching) clients

KEY TASKS

  • Primary contact for any new PTC assignments / programmes across a wide range of clients in different sectors and geographical regions
  • Respond to any client or coach queries relating to PTC assignments / programmes
  • Responsible for ensuring a seamless process for our clients to register for coaching programmes, workshops and webinars
  • Manage the logistics, including scheduling, for all workshops and webinars on a global basis
  • Webinar facilitation and management
  • Develop relationships with the ECC coach team and an understanding of their strengths to be able to match them successfully with coachees
  • Support new client on-boarding
  • Contribute to client update meetings by providing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Programme reporting
  • Ongoing client relationship management
  • Adding information to our client management system adhering to GDPR legislation

OTHER INFO

  • The role is 26 hours over 4 days per week (9.30 am – 4pm),  (non-working day to be discussed and agreed)
  • Occasional working from home available
  • No visa restrictions
  • £30,000 FTE
  • 20 days holiday prorated (plus bank holidays) with the view to increase after two years’ service
  • Day off on birthday and additional 2 days over Christmas when the office is closed  
  • Enrolment into pension scheme after passing three months’ probation successfully
