PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide high-quality client service and comprehensive administrative support to our PTC (Parental Transition Coaching) clients

KEY TASKS
- Primary contact for any new PTC assignments / programmes across a wide range of clients in different sectors and geographical regions
- Respond to any client or coach queries relating to PTC assignments / programmes
- Responsible for ensuring a seamless process for our clients to register for coaching programmes, workshops and webinars
- Manage the logistics, including scheduling, for all workshops and webinars on a global basis
- Webinar facilitation and management
- Develop relationships with the ECC coach team and an understanding of their strengths to be able to match them successfully with coachees
- Support new client on-boarding
- Contribute to client update meetings by providing quantitative and qualitative data
- Programme reporting
- Ongoing client relationship management
- Adding information to our client management system adhering to GDPR legislation

OTHER INFO
- The role is 26 hours over 4 days per week (9.30 am – 4pm), (non-working day to be discussed and agreed)
- Occasional working from home available
- No visa restrictions
- £30,000 FTE
- 20 days holiday prorated (plus bank holidays) with the view to increase after two years’ service
- Day off on birthday and additional 2 days over Christmas when the office is closed
- Enrolment into pension scheme after passing three months’ probation successfully
