Complaints Handler – Part-Time

Are you looking for a part-time role to fit around your other commitments? Do you have experience within complaints handling in the field of finance? Do you enjoy problem solving? If so, read on!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established financial services company based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This company are expanding and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. They want someone to be confident in themselves and help with suggestions on ways to improve as well as being able to develop your own skills, all with a smile on your face! You would be a name and not just a number here, each day will be different all within a friendly and social atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities –

In this job role you will need to be a strong negotiator and adept at dealing with complaints, ensuring that customers’ concerns are followed up and acted on correctly. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills when talking to customers. You will be able to manage customer expectations and arrange appointments when required. You need to be good at decision making and be happy with contributing to meetings and discussions to find ways to improve.

Your Experience-

You will need strong verbal and written communication skills and be confident on computers (Microsoft Office). You must have experience within a financial background, as well as the ability to be polite and courteous at all times. You must have some understanding of CCA, SOGA and FCA regulation, as well as the ombudsman services, as you will be dealing with high-level complaints. Excellent attention to detail is needed and happy with dealing with confidential information on a daily basis. Strong complaints handling experience is essential.

The hours of work for this role are between 8am and 8pm Monday – Wednesday on a rolling rota.
