The HR Operations and Projects Analyst is a key role in the HR EMEA Operations function. Reporting to the HR Operations and Projects Lead for EMEA, you will be part of a small team responsible for managing HR Operations & Projects across the region.

Manage and support the delivery and implementation of HR Operations and Projects across a range of focus areas including regulatory change (e.g. SMCR, MiFID II, GDPR), expansion into new and existing locations and health and wellbeing initiatives for Macquarie Plus (e.g. Mental Health Awareness Week).  Regulatory change necessitates assessing the impact on HR of developments in regulation and working with our businesses to ensure HR Operations are appropriate to comply with regulatory requirements.  You will be instrumental in identifying process improvements to enhance our HR operational delivery and efficiency. Where necessary, you will also manage the implementation of HR operational aspects of corporate acquisitions, integrations and divestitures. 

You will work across all business groups and locations in EMEA, building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.

You will be a resourceful self-starter who has strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and is able to gather information from and leverage a variety of sources. You will be able to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction. In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.
