RETAIL BANK - CUSTOMER ADVISOR - FRAUD
START DATE - 20th August - IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS
SHIFT WORK - 35 hours per week between 7.00am and 11.00pm.
Monday - Sunday 5 days out of 7
£10.12 PER HOUR
Job Role:
- Support new and existing customers with their complex fraud enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers are dealt with quickly and professionally
- Provide fair outcomes and fulfil customers' needs at first touch or consulting with the right person or channel of choice as appropriate
- Act in line with the Group Values and Behaviours and Codes of Responsibility
- Take ownership of customer's Fraud enquiries, using appropriate skills, personal judgement and decision making in an efficient and effective manner
- Adapt well to change and implementation, ensuring it is consistently evidenced through knowledge of products/ processes and actions/ behaviour
- Comply within the Customer Treatment Standards, including internal policy guidelines and external regulatory guidelines to ensure a robust and consistent approach to make the right decisions and do the right thing for our customers
This will be a temporary contract however it could lead to a longer term opportunity.
If successful you will be given full training, so that by the time you take your first call you will have all the tools and knowledge you need in order to give an excellent service.
You will work 35 hours per week on a shift pattern between 8am and 11pm, Monday - Sunday 5 days out of 7 so flexibility is vital - Unfortunately there are NO part time options.
In order to be successful you will have to pass an interview and then vetting checks. The vetting will consist of an extremely thorough credit check, criminality check and employment references
