We are currently looking for a number of Danish speaking Customer Service Advisors to work for our client based just outside Glasgow City Centre on a Temporary or Temporary to Permanent basis. The company are offering both full and part time roles on a range of shift patterns and can be flexible -to a degree, around your schedule.

Salary £8.21 per hour

The duties would include:

Resolving technical issues from customers

Ensuring customer queries are answered in line with strict SLA's

Working within a wider team to ensure best customer experience across the business

Investigate all issues to provide resolutions.

This role would suit someone who can both read and write fluently in Danish who has had experience in customer service and has excellent attention to detail.
