As a Support Worker your main duties and responsibilities involve:

* Promoting independence at all times

* Assisting with domestic and social tasks

* Completing the correct documentation such as; Daily Records, MAR Charts etc.

* Help encourage individuals and provide support as and when needed

* Be a companion and listen to any issues or concerns
