Page are recruiting for a Part time Office Assistant, this is a varied role covering basic accounting duties, buildings administration and general office administration.

Client Details

Dynamic forward thinking organisation based in Plimsoll with parking.

Working Hours Monday - Thursday - 11am - 4pm.

Description

The key responsibilities for the part time Office Administrator are:

* Cashbook postings

* Online banking

* Posting of purchase ledger invoices

* Petty cash, credit cards and expense claims

* Weekly buildings checks for all buildings

* Monthly meter readings for all buildings

* First point of contact for tenants queries

* Answering the phones & taking messages

* Meeting/greeting visitors

* Management of stationery & kitchen supplies

* Opening and logging the post

Profile

To be successful in applying for the interim Part time Office Assistant you will be:

* Immediately available

* Want to work part time in Wilmslow

* Experience in all the above
