My client are recruiting a Front of House Receptionist to work as part of their support team at their branch office in Bakewell.

On a daily basis, the successful candidate will meet and greet clients, providing an efficient and client focused service. This is a great part time, job share opportunity for a competent and experienced receptionist to join a Legal 500 regional law firm.

In addition to the core front of house duties, the ideal candidate will ensure that; the meeting room diary is maintained, all rooms are presentable for meetings and that any refreshment requirements are organised in advance of meetings. The ideal candidate will be well presented, personable and a team player who can also cover a wide range of general office administrative duties to ensure the reception and the branch office runs smoothly.

Ideal candidates will appreciate importance of acting as an ambassador for the Firm and help maintain the overall image of the firm. It is important that the successful candidate understands the importance of client service and have proven experience of working within professional services environment.

As this is a job share position, candidates must be flexible to work up to 37½ hours per week covering holiday and sickness cover for their job share partner.

Desirable key skills and experiences:

* Previous front office experience within a professional services or 5-star environment

* Exceptional client facing customer service skills

* Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build rapport with clients in a professional yet approachable manner

* Excellent administrative skills

* Accurate typing at least 40+ wpm.

* Confident in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
