Office Administrator  Thatcham Permanent, Part Time 1.00pm to 5.00pm MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH COVERING HOLIDAY  20 hours per week £9.50 per hour    My client based in Thatcham are recruiting for a self-motivated Part Time Office Administrator to join their small, friendly team due to company growth. They have an excellent reputation within their industry having been established for 20 years. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, organisational skills and be happy to help out wherever required.     Job duties will include:  Answering incoming calls, dealing with accordingly or taking messages and passing to the relevant person  Sending out maintenance renewal letters to existing customers  Creating new customer files and ensuring these are kept up to date  Inputting information on the CRM database  Booking maintenance calls, installations & emergency call-out via the online diary  Processing engineer dockets in order for Accounts to generate invoices   Ordering stock from suppliers & chase up as required  Assisting with the stock inventory system  Ensuring all parts are accounted for prior to any jobs booked for the following day  Other ad hoc duties as required  Skills required:  Strong organisational skills  Friendly telephone manner  Experience of working within a small team  Happy with lone working on occasion  Previous administration experience is essential   SAGE experience would be advantageous but not essential
