A large facilities and infrastructure provider require a Customer Service Advisor for their team in Speke
Your new company
You will join a national infrastructure management organisation who are an innovative industry leader. Your work will directly feed in to this progressive and collaborative culture.
Your new role
You will work shifts as part of a busy customer service team - with shifts allocated 7 days a week, though you will only work 2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day between 2pm - 10pm each day equalling 37.5 hours per week. Other shifts are also available for those wanting part-time work on the weekend, with 15 hours per weekend, with shifts rotated round weekly, earliest shift starting at 07:30am, latest at 2pm.
Your role will involve call handling, resolving queries, allocating and coordinating works, updating customers on their cases, handling complaints, escalating priority cases, dealing with engineers and updating information on the relevant system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be professional and resilient, able to remain calm under pressure and work to specific targets and time-frames. You will be confident and able to build rapport with customers and other stakeholders in order to deliver the best possible service. You will be flexible and able to commit to shifts that can vary from week to week at alternate times.
