Well established, legal 200 law firm with multiple offices in Surrey and London are seeking a Paralegal to work within the Property Team specifically within Enfranchisement, in their London office. The cases this department handle, are a mix between property matters and property litigation work.

Providing full support to the fee earner, which may include using a digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation related to Enfranchisement matters, for example, the production of lengthy leases and collective enfranchisement.

Duties will include:

- Meeting with clients face to face and attending to them on the phone
- Arranging meetings and diary management of your fee earner
- Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate client admin files both electronically and hard copy
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Providing full support to your fee earner produce correspondence and other documentation related to property transactions, from instruction through to post completion
- Typing conveyancing forms to include TR1`s and TP1`s
- Prepares and submits Land Registry forms including, AP1, UN1 and RX1
- Managing post completions procedures including SDLT returns and title registrations
- Providing support to the wider team and guide junior and temporary staff when required

Desired skills and experience:

- Legal Assistant / Paralegal experience with at least 1 year of solid property expertise
- Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Fast, accurate typing ability (60wpm minimum), ideally using digital audio systems
- Experience of using case management system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very well organised
- Friendly & professional attitude
- IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio software / Case Management
