An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to work on a Part time basis with an Interior and Architectural Design Studio.

This Interior Design Studio is looking to speak with enthusiastic and motivated Executive/ Personal Assistants with immediate availability. My client is a small, close knit Interior and Architectural Design Studio based in West London. Specialising within the commercial, retail and residential sectors my clients projects are not only within the UK but also in Japan and Hong Kong.

You'll contribute to the smooth running of the office and will assist with day-to-day operations whilst working under the Director, the COO and the Finance Administrator. This is a varied role and will suite someone who enjoys working on multiple tasks at one time and want to develop their skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a PA
An interest in Architecture/ Design
A confident communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Personal assistant to the director
Diary Management
Booking travel and accommodation
Event invitations
Contact potential clients
Assist with Social media accounts
Prepare award submissions
Manage and maintain the database
Provide Administrative assistance across the office
Build and maintain press relationships
Financial data entryOn offer is a permanent position working 20 hours per week- You must be present In the office 5 days a week to support the Director. However, flexibility is allowed with the hours you choose to work. We are considering candidates looking for a salary on circa £15,000.
