Andy File Associates are acting as a Recruitment Business with regards this temporary position on behalf of our client.
Our client is looking for pro-active production controller support to help within the planning department.
Roles:
* Amending and updating purchase orders via confirmations
* Basic chasing of outstanding PO’s
* Raising purchase orders number when ordering from suppliers
* Preparation of documents for PPAP and ISIR requirements
* Supplier Questionnaires – issue and track
* Data gathering for QMS
* Reading technical drawings and having the ability to order material from them
Key Skills:
* Must able to use various IT software to high standards
* Must able to communicate to all levels of a business from shop floor to management
* Must be able to work to strict deadlines
* Experience of working with BOMs is desired
Hours of work:
37.50 hours per week – Open to part time applicants applying
