Customer Service Administrator
Part Time. Monday – Friday 8/9am – 12pm
Wythenshawe
£8.50 per hour
Temporary – Permanent
The Candidate:
This is an excellent opportunity within a world class global organisation.
Must have worked in an office environment
SAGE 50 experience is beneficial
Have good administration, planning, organisational and time keeping skills
Must be able to work on own initiative but also able to be part of the team, with good communication and interpersonal skills
The Role:
Process orders
To liaise with customers on a daily basis, to build and develop customer relationships.
To liaise with internal departments to ensure that customer’s requirements are exceeded.
Lead customer service handling to ensure timely response to customer care requests within our Client’s standards.
Dealing with escalated customer queries / complaints ensuring the customer is kept up to date
To deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner and in line with the companies standards and procedures
Data Entry

Service Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent contract.
