This fantastic charity helps thousands of children every year and aims to grow even further to provide more services across the country.
This brilliantly-run charity have plans for further growth and development and really put their children at the heart of everything they do.
This exceptional charity are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Social Worker to join their fantastic team in North London. Ideally with a background in Child Protection, Safeguarding or court experience, this exceptional vacancy will offer multiple opportunities for further career progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with children, young people and their families to provide support and services.
* Identify needs and achieve positive outcomes.
* Work in partnership with parents/carers.
* Provide the most effective service for children and young people.
* Apply safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* Manage and monitor a workload of complex cases.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience since qualifying.
* Must have experience in Child Protection, Safeguarding, Court or harmful practices.
* Must have a social work degree or equivalent.
* Must have a HCPC registration.
