Part-time Project Support Executive (3 days a week) £22,000 - for 3 days - 1 year contract, maternity cover
Days: Flexible, but Wednesday is essential
Working for a highly successful healthcare provider you will be supporting a Senior Project Manager with multiple companywide projects. This exciting role involves developing project plans from concepts and attending remote meetings to take minutes and prepare action plans. This small team regularly reports into the board and you will work autonomously to support all of the project activities.
Your role:
Supporting the Senior Project Manager in progressing assigned projects
Preparing and updating reports for Board of Directors regular briefings
Organise meetings, both web and face to face, preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
Documents and updates assigned actions of project team members
Ensures systems, processes and procedures are in place and followed to allow for the appropriate management of PMO projects
Produces and utilises management products to ensure project time, quality and cost parameters are met. Management products include but are not limited to:
MS Project Plan;
Risk register;
Decision log;
Communications strategy
Project Charter
The person:
Proven work experience in project or high-level PA support roles
Strong Word and Excel skills
Happy to work unsupervised and highly autonomous
Ability to builds and maintains a positive working relationship with Stakeholders across multiple functions and at different levels.
Possess project management skills and competency using MS Project is desirable
Must be highly organised, exercise good time management
The ability to communicate fluently - written and verbal, at varying levels of seniority and remain confident engaging at various levels in a style that ensures a clear insight for stakeholders regarding project progress and goals
