Customer Service Advisor
(Part Time - c20 hours per week
19-22k pro rata depending on experience + additional annual bonus + benefits

Can you build relationships, enjoy finding solutions and overcome problems to benefit each and every customer in line with the objectives of a growing independent business?
This is an great opportunity to join a small, expanding team responsible for answering incoming business and consumer customer calls, respond to emails, answer queries, provide information and ensure the best possible service is received at all times. Further duties will include outbound calls to check on service levels, complete customer queries, discuss account information, obtain payments and maximise business potential.
Hours – Monday to Friday between 10am - 3pm although some flexibility may be required.
Applicants must have a positive, confident phone manner, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, work as part of a small team in a busy, fast-paced environment and strong written communication skills.
