Job Details

This new post within Strategic Services will ensure the effective development and execution of strategic, performance and compliance services which support the business activities across all regions in L&Q’s Development & Sales Division. 

Leading on Strategic Procurement the role will ensure the safe, cost effective and efficient delivery of all performance activities to a high-quality standard, the successful candidate will lead a multi – disciplinary professional and technically skilled team.

Key to this role will be your excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to grow strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of the Development Division’s needs and objectives.

You will be able to demonstrate thinking and planning on a strategic basis with experience of delivering against targets and KPIs. You will develop audits across the division, have the ability to interpret data and assist managers with providing advice and guidance in respect of remediating any compliance issues identified.

You should have a high level of written, oral and presentation skills and demonstrable influencing skills. You will have significant experience of developing and delivering impact in complex and large scale new build projects.
