Part Time Administrator
Location: Hoveringham, Nottinghamshire
Hourly Rate: £8.70/ph
Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 10AM - 2PM (flexible)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing
Our client is a leading manufacturer of a diverse and trusted range of concrete and clay building products used extensively within the construction industry. They are looking for a keen and proactive individual to join their team in Hoveringham. This role is working in a very busy office so the ideal candidate will be able to manage their own workload and work with minimal supervision out of office hours. They will also be able to multitask, use their own initiative and work under pressure. Our client is looking for someone who is a great team player who is happy to help out with anything as and when needed and can communicate well with internal and external contacts.
This is a part time role working Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day. Working hours are 10AM - 2PM however the client is willing to be flexible with the hours to suit the successful candidate's needs.
Duties:
Using a switchboard
Meeting & greeting customers/clients
Responding to emails
Liaising with multiple departments and sites
Using in-house database systems to accurately input sales data
Using Excel to accurately input invoice data
General administration including typing, photocopying and filing
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration roles, be competent using Microsoft Word and Excel and have an excellent phone manner. The successful candidate will be paid £8.70ph paid weekly.
