They have an exciting opportunity for a Higher Education Business Lecturer to join their team, based at their Hull site on a permanent, part time basis. The role involves working 17.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year and the successful candidate will need to be able to work in the evenings. The post holder will work primarily with students engaged across a range of programmes providing a high level of support needed to achieve their programme of study and should demonstrate specialist knowledge of operations management. The successful candidate will need to be innovative in their teaching methods. The position requires flexibility, enthusiasm and most importantly a commitment to the student journey. The ability to inspire learners is essential, you must have the ability to work as part of a well-established team of professionals and be qualified to degree level in a relevant subject. A Post graduate Teaching or Education Qualification or Certificate in Education is not essential however, you must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
