A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Accountant to join finance team.

Duties will include:

•             Responsible for the production of accurate and timely month end trial balances and consolidation for assigned entities.

•             Managing the short term cash flow requirements of assigned entities, by liaising with all relevant departments and partners, to ensure it is up to date and accurate.

•             Production of monthly board packs, including feasibility and cash flows for assigned entities

•             Build and maintain effective relationships with all Departments to ensure financial information is provided, and financial process is followed.

•             Facilitate funding for assigned projects and entities, proposing required drawdowns and ensuring all conditions are met.

•             Ensuring Telford Homes complies with all corporate tax, and industry tax regulations, for assigned entities.

•             Review the controls procedures file testing controls on a frequent basis, and provide recommendations for control environment improvements.

Keen to hear from qualified candidates with industry experience as well as exposure to complex statutory accounts and consolidations and knowledge of IFRS.
