Part Time Administrative Assistant - Sales Team
£9.23ph – £10.77ph
Working part-time 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm
Contract: Permanent
Start date: Mid August to Mid September depending on candidate
Join our outgoing and friendly team within our Sales department in our head office in Eastleigh.
You will support the Sales Team and work closely with our Internal Sales Executive to perform a variety of administrative and CRM database tasks, to ensure accurate preparation of Sales Data Reports.
Key responsibilities:
* Daily Updating of the CRM database, with a variety of information
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed Sales Meeting minutes
* Assist in the preparation of sales quotations on to Sage 200
* Assist in the preparation of sales orders on to Sage 200
Candidate:
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
* Good IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Excel and CRM systems
* Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Friendly and excellent telephone manner as well as email communication
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Good levels of numeracy & English language
* Motivated and quick thinking
* Keen to work for a growing company
