As a senior commercial manager, you will be:
- Responsible for the management of all commercial aspects of the business area including pre-construction involvement and periodic reporting of business unit accounts.
Already experienced as a senior commercial manager, you will be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial management of high-value contracts and have the ability to manage high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion.
