Gracewell of Woking are recruiting for a Care Assistant for either days or nights, full time or part time (based on your preference). Gracewell of Woking is a new residential care and nursing home that overlooks a beautiful village green and is within walking distance of the Tringham village hall. As well as offering high-quality residential care, nursing care and dementia care to people in Woking, the home is also easily accessible from neighbouring areas such as Lightwater, Chobham, Bisley, Knaphill, Bagshot, Frimley, Horsell, Camberley, Sunningdale, Ascot and Surrey - which is ideal for our team.

What does the role entail?
As Care Assistant within Gracewell you will be working as part of a focused, and skilled team of fully supported staff who have our residents wellbeing at the core of all they do. The Care Assistant is responsible for providing the highest standards of person centred care to our resident’s whilst maintaining dignity, respect and wellbeing. Gracewell is committed to supporting and developing all Care Assistants with ongoing training & leadership across all areas, to enable you to really make a difference to the residents you work with.

What we're looking for in you

- Naturally compassionate with a caring disposition
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undertake NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care and Medication administration training (or you may already have this!)
- Ability to work flexible hours
