Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £18,000

Location: Stansted Abbotts

Term: Part Time 6 month Fixed Term Contract

RecruitAbility Ltd are looking for a keen Customer Service Advisor on a part time basis for a 6 month contract to join their highly successful client based in Stansted Abbotts.

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor: -

It is essential to have experience of working in customer service in an office environment
Customer retention, cross selling and up selling
Confident, with good written and verbal communicative skills
Have a methodical approach and a sharp eye for detail
Able to balance priorities and to have high personal service standards
Good numeric and computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

Daily management of customers' accounts via incoming/outgoing calls and customer service enquiries
Customer Retention/Upselling
Website design
On boarding process
Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction
Use of a Stock Management System
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Going the extra mile to engage with customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills

The package for the role of Customer Service Advisor:

Basic salary: £18,000 pro rata

Hours or work 21 hours per week 9.30am - 5.30pm (this can be flexible on the start time)

24 days holiday per year pro rata, excluding bank holidays
