Job Role: Receptionist/PA & Admin Support
Hours: 22.5 hour per week. Monday - Friday. 12.30pm - 5.00pm
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £9,785.55 per annum
Our client is the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services, delivering complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling.
A position has arisen for a Part Time Receptionist / PA who can offer Administration support as required to meet the demands of the business.
What we look for in a part time receptionist:
*Previous receptionist experience (ideally with a switchboard)
*Excellent communication skills
*Attention to detail with good attention to detail and able to use own initiative
*Time management and Organisational skills
*As a job share role you must have the ability to cover the other receptionist when off sick, on holiday etc at short notice
*Good team player
*Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
*SAP (Preferred but not essential)
