Part-Time Financial Controller

Financial Controller required by a prestigious and international Property Investment Group based in North West London. This position will be worked over 2 days a week and candidates applying should have a background within the Property/Investment industry and be fully qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA. This role will be responsible for managing the Finance department on a sole charge basis. Advanced working knowledge of XERO is essential for this role. Duties will include:

* Managing the accounting functions for the department
* Preparation of end of year accounts and financial statements
* Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and taking accounts to Trial Balance for year end account processing
* Preparing and maintaining monthly and annual cash flow productions
* Managing landlord accounts for a portfolio of properties and liaising with managing agents
* Client account management including bank reconciliations, landlord payments and rent arrears chasing
* Reconciling supplier account statements, receipts and uploading rental invoices
* Preparation of VAT returns
* Cash flow reporting and managing payment runs
