The company - new residential homes, 4 to 5 beds in size offering therapeutic care to children and young people with a variety of mental health and behavioural challenges that has prevented them from building lasting relationships due to historical trauma.

The role - working in a team alongside the Residential Care Manager to create a therapeutic and nurturing home environment so that the children and young people feel safe and secure enabling them to start the journey into adulthood feeling empowered to lead a rich and fulfilled life

Hours - 39 hours per week on a shift pattern with waking nights

* Excellent rate of pay from £9.30 pe rhour rising to £9.80 per hour after 6 mth probabtion

Qualifications - QCF/NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent

If you have experience working in mental health with children and young people either paid work or on a voluntary basis, this could be the role for you. If you have Senior level experience in this field we would also want to hear from you as there is opportunity here paying a higher salary.
