We are currently looking for a motivated individual to support the administration of all activities of the department with efficient completion and systems tasks, to ensure all records are accurately maintained. Successful candidate will be providing excellent customer care to range of stakeholders and support the department in the delivery of a comprehensive service
Duties will include but no restricted to;
-Assists in overseeing the administration of making offers by the admission team and ensuring that all staff responsibilities are completed within the specified deadline and to a high standard
-Co-ordinates the handling of enquiries from prospective candidates, both in person and by telephone and by electronic mail, ensuring that appropriate correspondence is dispatched as required and that accurate guidance and feedback is given to potential applicants
-support the People Customer Coordinators d with advertising roles through various means and setting up interviews
The candidate:
-You will have excellent customer service skills and have experience in a customer-focused role.
-Experience in providing administrative, HR or Recruitment experience is ideal.
-Experience of working in a busy office environment with competing priorities.
-Experience of using Ms Office software packages, and computerised administration systems.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills and present information correctly.
-Ability to organise own workload and to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
-Self-motivated and proactive approach to improving quality and effectiveness of services provided
