Are you looking to progress a career in finance? We are looking for an individual to join our clients small friendly finance team as Assistant Finance Officer, based in Coventry.
Position: Assistant Finance Officer
Location: Coventry
Contract: Part Time, permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £18,136 per annum, £14,705 pro rata

About the Role
The Assistant Finance Officer role covers purchase ledger invoicing and payment runs, petty cash and banking. You would also be provided with training to cover for the payroll officer and have the responsibility of administering the repair programme for the small property portfolio. This is a diverse role, which would suit somebody looking to gain experience in a number of areas to assist their accountancy experience.
About You
You will be flexible, methodical and educated to degree level looking to pursue an accountancy qualification. As Assistant Finance Officer you will be confident using Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office and have the skills to be able to process purchase invoices and communicate at all levels.
