Nescot is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria). The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of ‘Good’ under the robust new Ofsted standards.

We are currently recruiting to the following position:
Employer Services Administrator
£17,910 - £20,577 p.a.
(dependent on skills and experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the busy team in the Apprenticeship department in Employer Services.
Your main duties will be administering processes for successful apprenticeship delivery including monitoring learner attendance, especially Functional Skills in English, Mathematics and ICT and overall delivery of learning programmes.
Recording achievements accurately and on-programme maintenance, i.e. monitoring and tracking, chasing of reviews/registers/achievements. Maintenance of learner files/electronic files, reports and data as required. From time to time you would be required to attend and take minutes of meetings, along with other typical administrative tasks.
Experience of working in a busy office environment, working with speed, accuracy and attention to detail plus excellent customer service skills and team work are essential for this post. Experience of working within apprenticeship delivery would be desirable.
