Part Time Administrator
Woking
£18-20K pro rata
Due to an internal promotion my client is seeking an enthusiastic and professional administrator to join their
team on a part time basis. The Administrator will consist of supporting the team with the daily administrative tasks.
The Administrator will:
Liaise with the sales and credit control team to resolve all customer enquiries
Analyse and report on the customers activity for billing purposes
Manage all contracts and customer data; ensuring the company database is up to date at all times
Support other teams with administrative duties
Assist and co-ordinate with projects
Prepare and control price lists and part numbers for the accounting systems
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within an administrative role
Have excellent attention to detail and can working within a tight deadline
Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
Have strong communication skills; both verbal and written
Be able to work on their own initiative
Our client would require you to work 16 hours a week, flexible working hours. One day once a month will be mandatory for billing purposes.
