We are looking for qualified and part-qualified members support workers to join the quality driven company providing care within the residential settings.
If you want to make a difference, have a calm approach and thrive on working as part of a small team then we would like to hear from you. For the qualified positions you must;
• Seniors and Qualified Childcare Workers (QCF Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent)
• Residential Childcare Workers - Unqualified
• hold a full UK driving license
• be over the age of 21
• Must be prepared to work shifts (including sleepovers) on a rota basis, although we will consider other working patterns
We are also interested in hearing from candidates who hold similar Health and Social Care or Childcare qualifications and who are willing to undertake the QCF Level 3
Ideally you should have experience of working in residential care, although other relevant experience will be considered.
Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide satisfactory references. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
