£27-32ph - Qualified Social Worker- Children Services- Flexible working
South Wales
A new role has come up in a local authority within the children service team. The team is very stable and the role has come up due to promotions and maternity cover.This will mean that you will be able to come into a service that has a wealth of experience. As a result of the change they are now looking for a locum staff member to help support their strong service.
My client is particularly interested in flexible working patterns across their teams and are keen to work in partnership to support staff to have a good work life balance. As a direct result this service offers flexible working, condense and potentially Part Time work in order to support your personal needs.
The client can offer:
* You will gain the unique ability to grow your skills as a direct exposure to this service.
* You will benefit from developing your understanding of the difficulties faced by individuals and how the inequalities that can be faced for children and families as a result of their current social systems.
* You will have a small case load and will benefit from the close working team allowing time to complete work and meet realistic deadlines
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong Referral & Assessments in addition to court work experience
* Driving licence
* Qualified Social workers- on the Welsh Care Register
