Due to continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a family run organisation who pride themselves on delivering the best service to their customers. This is the perfect role for a service focused individual who is looking to further their career with a dynamic organisation who are passionate about the business and what it has to offer.
Please Note: This is initially working 5 days from 7 then reducing to 2 days, hours are 9:00am 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
* Providing first class customer service at all times to ensure the customer has the best possible experience.
* Dealing with enquires over the phone as well as via email and online.
* Up-selling, ensuring that additional products are being offered
* Logging information accurately and following up on enquires.
* Completing booking forms accurately, ensuring the right questions are being asked.
* Any other general administrative tasks as and when required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills with previous experience in a customer focused role is essential.
* IT literate with the ability to use various databases
* Proactive with the ability to use initiative
* Team player
* Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
* Flexible and accommodating with working hours
* Full UK driving licence would be preferred
