Front of House Concierge – Building Services Front of House Concierge – Client Services Front of House Concierge Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Front of House Concierge Health & Safety Location: Leatherhead Salary: £10.20 - £12.20 per hour Job type: Permanent Hours: Full or Part time Monday – Friday We are looking for experienced individuals to join our busy team. Successful candidates will take responsibility for specialist duties, such as clients services, building services, health and safety and business continuity, in addition to the basic front of house duties Halcyon Offices in provides space for our clients with a wide choice of offices including serviced, semi-serviced or leased offices. The roles are client facing and will be perfect for individuals who have Front of House experience in addition to the specialist skills required for each role. The successful candidates will be confident multi-tasking and will thrive in an environment where they are the first point of contact. Applicants will have experience dealing with incoming queries and requests and the ability to deliver a high level of client service. Duties include scheduling and coordinating office moves, setting up office services, renewing contracts and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities within the building. Front of House Concierge – Building Services (Full Time) We are looking for an experienced individual to take responsibility for the coordination of facilities and building services.  In addition to dealing with first line maintenance queries, this individual will take responsibility for the scheduling of office moves and the set-up of office services. Requirements of this role: You will have experience in a similar role. A practical hands on approach is needed and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, BIFM level 2 or 3 or other equivalent qualifications are highly desirable. Front of House Concierge – Client Services (Full Time) The successful candidate will act as primary point of contact for our clients and prospective clients. They will have experience in establishing, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, to ensure that excellent client services are consistently delivered. Requirements of this role: You will have experience in a similar role, be focused and dynamic with a passion for delivering exemplary client service. Previous experience in a sales environment preferred. Front of House Concierge - Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (Part Time 10am - 2pm) We are looking for an experienced business continuity professional to join our team. The role will focus on the development and implementation of all parts of the business continuity plan, to ensure that our business continuity and emergency processes are fit for purpose and robust when managing incidents. Requirements of this role: You will have experience in risk management, business continuity and emergency planning. A high degree of flexibility and patience with a practical hands on approach is needed for this role. Responsibilities of the Health & Safety Expert / Front of House (Part Time 10am – 2pm) The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health and safety policies are implemented and adhered to. Duties include site inspections, compliance audits, risk assessments and liaison with our maintenance team and external contractors. Requirements of this role: You will have a good knowledge of procedures for promoting and maintaining H&S management systems/awareness,NEBOSH, IOSHH or other equivalent qualifications are highly desirable. Personal Characteristics and Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Experience and knowledge of working on a busy reception where you are the first point of contact. Experience operating a switchboard. A positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Moderate to advanced computer/internet skills. Ability to multi-task multiple projects. Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
